This unique silicone mold is my absolute favourite! It’s perfect for geode Art and can be use for any of your any of your resin imagination to bring to life! This mold is not food safe or in others words not FDA approved. If you’ll like to have a Food safe mold, I can make it (no extra cost!) The size of the Casted crystal Cluster itself is: 4.25” Length x 2cm height This mold is made to order and the processing time is 1-3 business days. Business days does not include holidays or weekends. However, I know and even my self often excitedly await an order once I’ve purchased it so I always try my best to ship out as soon as I can have it made :) Please so not use a torch directly onto the mold as this might cause heat reaction with your resin and the mold where the resin might fuse with the mold. Please mix your resin as specified by the manufacturer and comply with all safety measures as resin can be dangerous to health if misused otherwise stated. Here are some tips to avoid bubbles at the tip of the crystals: 1) Try to remove as much bubbles as you can prior to pouring into the mold. This can be done by: -Using a pressure pot or a vacuum chamber -Using use the warm bath method -Using a resin that is not as thick -Using a deep cast resin - Using a plastic or silicone stir stick instead of a wooden stick -Stir as gently as you can to avoid bubbles 2) After your bubbles are in control of, them pour a tiny drop in each of the crystal And check for bubbles, if there are any, take something that you Can use to pop the bubble out ( do not use any sharp object as this might dig or scratch the crystal tip in the mold) 3) once you have clear the tip from bubbles, pour your resin in a tiny portion very gently while keeping your hands at least 5 inches above the mold ( this is allowing any bubbles that goes into the mold to pop by itself while pouring very slowly) Once your resin is poured you can use a few mist if isopropyl alcohol to pop the bubbles when they raised to the top. You can use a heat gun as well but be very cautious and do not keep it more than a second at one spot, and you can repeat the process every five minutes so it does not release any fume from heating the resin or burning the mold. Please noted that: Over heating the resin might cause the resin to fuse with the silicone which most time damaged the mold.
